Ysio is as individual as every radiography suite's X-ray routine. With the introduction of new variants, customers have the choice of 12 configurations to exactly meet their individual imaging needs in their radiography suite.

The new variant consists of a ceiling-suspended X-ray tube with an integrated large color touch screen (MaxTouch), the wireless detector wi-D, and the option to include a wall stand for use with the wi-D.

This configuration provides a high degree of handling flexibility. The flexible handling of the wi-D lets users bring the imaging source right to the patient. It is highly convenient and suitable for immobile patients in beds and wheelchairs. For imaging centers with modest but wide-ranging examinations, Ysio with wi-D addresses a wide range of radiographic examinations especially when used with a mobile patient trolley. This special trolley with a detector tray enables users to employ the wi-D for supine examinations like the abdomen or pelvis. The wi-D is also especially convenient for trauma imaging.

Users just position the wi-D directly at the patient, make an X-ray exposure, and in about five seconds they will get an image preview. The wi-D has a size of 35 x 43 centimeters and one of the highest pixel counts of any detector of its kind – delivering excellent image quality and optimal coverage in a handy, compact design.

The interactive MaxTouch user interface on the X-ray tube provides multiple controls of key examination parameters like exposure factors, detector workplace, and changing the order of patient examinations. Additionally, the icons are clearly and easily recognisable, allowing users to quickly verify that all examination parameters are correct and optimised.
